VEGAN SUZETTE’S POLICIES
We thank you for your order, and we want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, so that you keep ordering all our treats many more times! The following information will summarize our shipping and return policies.
SHIPPING:
PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address for us to deliver your order.
Order Cancellations & Address Corrections
Please carefully check your order and your shipping address BEFORE submitting it. We cannot accept cancellations once orders have been processed. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. If you need to modify your order or correct a shipping address error, please send an email to VeganSuzette@gmail.com as soon as possible, to ask about your order status. Kindly put your order number in the subject line.
Shipment Timing
To ensure the freshness of your order, we typically ship orders from Monday-Wednesday. We bake fresh to order (we do not freeze our product, so that you can get the freshest, tastiest bakery). Orders received by Noon on Friday (Pacific time) will generally ship that following week. We typically do not ship “overnight,” so please make sure you place your order within the timeframe you want delivery. If you absolutely need a faster shipment, please email us at VeganSuzette@gmail.com, and we will make an attempt to ship your order as fast as possible.
We have shipping selection to select at checkout; we suggest USPS or priority, depending on which service we believe will get to you the fastest. During busy seasons and holidays, we may experience longer than normal shipping speeds. If we anticipate a long delay in processing your order (more than 1 week out), we will email you. We will send you a tracking link, once your order has shipped.
Missed Deliveries
Once an item has left our bakery, customers should stay up to date with deliveries based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup or processed according to the delivery service’s policy for unsuccessful deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location, if there is a problem with delivery. It is our policy that Vegan Suzette LLC is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered by the carrier or have not been retrieved.
Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at VeganSuzette@gmail.com. Please take pictures of item damage and include them in the email along with the expiry date (located on the individual package) and the tracking number of the shipment. We will initiate a ticket inquiry with the courier immediately. (Under certain circumstances, we might request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection, prior to issuing a replacement. In such instances, we do not cover return shipping). If the bakery item cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement once the trace is complete and/or once the item is returned to us.
Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at VeganSuzette@gmail.com. We will initiate a ticket inquiry with the courier immediately and will have the package replaced once the courier has confirmed the original parcel has been lost.
Refrigeration Policy
Our bakery is made with real food ingredients, without any artificial or chemical preservatives. This means our bakery is shelf stable, but we recommend you store in the fridge to keep items fresher for longer. That being said, our bakery is good to enjoy on the go for up to 7 days out of the fridge (even at room temperature) without the quality being compromised. Our bakery also freezes well; you may wish to warm the items in the microwave (on a microwave safe plate).
Returns and Exchanges
Due to being a food item, all Vegan Suzette items are considered final sale, with no refunds. That being said, we want you to be happy. For items damaged in transit, please see the above paragraph for details on returns of damaged shipments. If you encounter a problem with your bakery, please contact us via email at VeganSuzette@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery of your order, and we will do what we can to make it right. You can also try calling our main bakery call center at: 702-630-0216; however, our call center may experience heavy volume at times, so email is the quickest way to reach us.
